We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The issue is reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, misuse of the product, or normal wear and tear.
